Not worth the effort
Saying nothing about the program, however the program is dependent on using the app. Access to information in the app is very sporadic. Trying to log blood sugars, ketones, weight, will work great one day, and then not again. Trying to reset passwords to be able to get into an account that doesn’t recognize your login credentials, doesn’t happen. No emails are ever sent to be able to reset passwords. One of the solutions they offer is to delete the app and reinstall it. What that does is delete all your data so you are starting all over again. To say the least, it is very frustrating. Is it worth it? I’ll let you decide….
