Disappointed! This app doesn’t work.
Don’t waste your time. I tried unsuccessfully to register for this app for a while. It’s just unsupported and unusable. You have to go to the website to get the information you need, huge disappointment!

My company just switched to this insurance and I was worried after reading all the reviews, but I just made an account a few minutes ago, was able to log in on the app, was able to view my ID card, and was able to add it to my Apple wallet. Woo!

When you put in your log in info, it won’t log you in and just gets stuck in continuously loading screen for hours if you let it. Not a good app

I don’t know if it is dark mode or what. But the list of claims is black on black with pdf icons. Selecting a link shows the text in a dark gray. However I was able to open the EOB . Works on iPad is half true. It uses the legacy iPhone zoomed in mode in portrait orientation. It works, but isn’t a native iPad app.

All I want to do is see my ID card since I will not be given a physical one. I get an error every single time. Apparently this has been an issue for years and there’s been no effort to fix it. Cool. 🙄
