App account creation issues
Been trying to create an account for weeks all my information is correct after putting in my mobile number and clicking next nothing happens. Tried to do it in different browsers, on my pc and nothing wow what an app……

App used to work fine, though it was annoying having to log in each time I used it (with username/password even though I had Face ID set up for the app). Now, the app gets stuck on “loading” for several minutes, then times out after I enter my credentials. The app in its current state is broken and unusable.

I’ve been trying to log into my app for almost 2 weeks now and it has t worked at all. I verified my information with my pharmacy and it still won’t work. Please fix this.

I used to use this app regularly but now I keep getting this error message “We are sorry….Unexpected error when handling authentication request to identify provider. Return to login”. Which puts me in a do-loop.

I was really excited to have my local pharmacy on this app but when I entered my name to register, I was given a warning that my name couldn’t contain explicit content. When I went to get support I found no way to contact support, not even on the developer’s website. I’m irritated and frustrated that I can’t take advantage of the services my local pharmacy offered.

Works sometimes, other times all my information disappears. Check for update, app is up to date. Can’t fill my prescriptions without calling the pharmacy when this happens. Soooo frustrating. I wish my pharmacy would change.
