So Bad
Literally this app is so bad. It is completely limited to the point of being worthless. I can’t edit anything, access imaging. What is the point of this? Either make it equivalent to the iPad version or just scrap the whole thing.

Terrible terrible app. There seems to be no staff manning this app at all. The charting system itself has its fair share of errors and poor upkeep but the app is on a whole other level. You cannot even search a patient anymore without the app crashing when you try to enter 3-4 characters of a patient’s name, MR #, or DOB. The face recognition software is also garbage. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app at all costs.

I feel like tasks have to be included in the app. Our practice uses those way more than intramail and I was hoping to be able to catch up on work on the go. Another thing is inability to attach a document in Attachments. Photos is the last thing that should be offered. Instead it is the ONLY one. Make it make sense.

Pretty useless app… this update just made it less functional as it doesn’t auto login anymore with Face ID .. also still no useful clinical information such as labs or pathology results.. Thanks for nothing

Nowhere does this app tell you it’s for medical providers and not patients. Further, it charged me for something I can’t even use. How do I get my money back?

1) can’t finalize notes remotely on app??!!??!! 2) not user friendly for a provider 3) essentially you can see schedule and chopped up sections of a note. 4) pretty much, if you are even thinking of using this, save your time and sanity, just use your charged laptop to actually get work done.

It seemed that with every upgrade the app freezes at login. Eventually it starts working again, months later, maybe after enough people complain.
