A great app from meal to meditation to glucose readings all in one spot!
United StatesApp constantly freezes
When this app works, it’s great, but too often when I try to log into it the entire thing freezes. It asks me for my PIN and after I enter it I get a blank screen and can’t click anything. Usually after an hour and at least 6 more attempts it will finally let me see my supplies and read my weekly reports. I only use this to reorder my Dexcom G6 CGM and really wish I could go back to the Trace by Solara app instead.

Called because the app shows a ship date of November, but rep. Said it supposed to go out Sept 3. This is the 2nd call to try and resolve issues with the app. I checked & I have the most current version, so it’s an internal issue with the application that they will hopefully resolve.

It’s a fair record keeping system but it locks me out often and I remove the app and reinstall and sometimes it starts back up and works. It has problems but being free and part of the package from which I receive my supplies from I’ll use it. Carl from Texas

She showed me all the things that app can do! Check it out! It does it all. Keep track of your meds, food intake, take a picture of your food and the app breaks down the nutritional facts! This app is too cool!!!

Solara called one day after posting the initial review to do some troubleshooting. Very proactive, caught me off guard. Seems like on the initial setup, the app was … overloaded? It’s not entirely clear, but my blood glucose readings are now all up to date, and my healthcare provider accounts are linked, as is Apple Health. There’s still some pretty significant lag when moving between certain screens, but overall I’m liking how the app consolidates a lot of health-related data points. That it is diabetes-focused gives it a leg up on Apple Health alone for me. Hopefully they continue to support and improve the app! Previously posted: App looks good, and purports to do some cool things: link to Apple Health, link to healthcare providers. UI looks nice. Unfortunately this is all moot: When I open the app it freezes, then crashes.
