BCBS-TN told me they don’t even cover it
MDLIVE stopped working for me all of a sudden, so I downloaded this app. After seeing the unchanged prices when my insurance was added, I contacted BCBS. Everyone I talked to told me BCBSTN doesn’t even cover it?? It literally has BCBSTN in the app logo and in the system info (not to mention it’s listed ON the BCBSTN website). What gives?? I have been using MDLIVE for a year or so (which powers this app and uses the same account) and now I can’t use either.

I cannot find where to add my insurance, and when I contacted their help team, I was told that I would need to call to verify my personal information before they would be able to assist me with a very basic question of navigating their app. This is poor service, on what is now a useless app. There is literally nowhere in my profile or payment areas to add my insurance. And this is what my insurance company thinks is a good app??

New to bcbs so this isn’t a review on their service but the app is terrible. Running a new iPhone XR and the app crashes constantly for no reason. Really hard to use when sick in bed and cannot get into it for a phone call without the app crashing.

While signing up my family, I can’t add my second twin as a family member. I keep getting an error that they are already added. I think this is due to them using the birthdate as the key identifier for adding family members to your account. This is a real problem for any family that has multiples (twins, triplets, etc). Hopefully BCST will see this review and fix the app cause I don’t see any other method of putting in a bug report. Im going to try the alternate phone number to see if they can add the extra kid.
