Not working
I have the new Oticon More hearing aides. I’m have so much trouble with this app. In the TV mode it fades in and out. Also switching out of that mode, the TV mode doesn’t shut off. So every time I have the delete the app from my iPhone and then reinstall PLEASE HELP!
Will not connect
Oticon remote care app pairs but will not connect to a hearing aid professional. I am very surprised because the hearing aids themself are great. The service is questionable…..
It worked after a bit of trial and error
WOW! What a really nice app! I’m in the Caribbean and my audiologist is in Miami. How nice it was to be able to connect with her for the follow-up to my receiving these new re-chargeable hearing aids! (Oticon More). It saved me hundreds of dollars in airfare, car rental and hotels I wish she could’ve given me the hearing aids remotely too but, sadly, I had to go to Miami to be fitted and to pick them. I was glad to NOT have to pay for a third trip since the VA is too cheap to re-imburse me even though I’m service connected and they HAVE to provide hearing care and hearing aid devices. I gave the app three stars because it took a while to get connected to my audiologist on the day of the appointment. Oticon did not provide very clear instructions for using the app and from what I understood after speaking to my audiologist, Oticon didn’t provide training for her to use the app.
Remote care app & tech support terrible.
Unable to connect with my VA audiologist with several attempts. (4 - 5). We both contacted tech support with no help at all. Just watch the YouTube video was one answer I received. Don’t think tech support knows much about the app. Like the hearing aid but not this app.
Don’t waste you time
What a disappointment. Over the last month, I tried three times to log in with a hearing professional and never successfully connected. You just sit on hold forever. Yesterday was the last straw. I sat on hold for 45 minutes to get help with my left HA. Going to the doctor will take less time.

WILL NOT TRACK USAGE. IVE TRIED EVERYTHING SUGGESTED BY OTICON SERVICE REP STILL DOES T WORK AND THEY CANT HELP. ITS A WASTE OF TIME
Worst program I have ever used
This program don’t work well at all. It loses conductivity. It is very limited what a shame.
