NorthShoreConnect makes it easier than ever to take charge of your health care, simplifying how you communicate with your care team, schedule in-person or virtual visits and access your medical records.
NorthShoreConnect 2.0 Premier is available to our patients, letting you try out the latest features before the app is released more broadly. If you should experience any issues with the app or have comments, please contact us with your questions or feedback.
The app provides you with these features:

•	Schedule or manage appointments with physicians and other healthcare providers
•	Find urgent care, hospital and clinic locations
•	Book a virtual video visit
•	View your medical records and lab results
•	Find a physician
•	Send a secure message to your physician
•	Request prescription refills
•	Receive text and e-mail alerts with appointment reminders and completed test results
•	Access your COVID-19 digital vaccination card and proof of other vaccinations
•	Check in for appointments
•	Pay bills
•	Manage multiple accounts for your entire family 
•	Track my Health using Healthkit with patient-entered flowsheets, patients can enter health data using MyChart to help keep their physicians informed about their conditions between office visits. This data can include daily readings, such as blood pressure and glucose levels. Patients manually record their health data using flowsheets in MyChart. With manual flowsheet entry, patients log in to MyChart after they take each reading and enter the reading in the flowsheet. They can also view and graph all of their past readings.
