Virtual care does not work
Virtual care does not work, ends up sending me to a website that loads in an infinite loop and doesn’t go anywhere.
Frustrated
App doesn’t work. I am sent to another which brings me back to this again!
What’s the point?
I downloaded the app so I wouldn’t have to go through the website. The first thing it tells you to do is go to the website to create an account. What’s the point of the app then? Delete….
Can’t log in
The app crashes when you try to log in. I can’t get into the website either. This has happened several times. Please fix it, so I can access my information.
This app is HORRIBLE!
Bad gateway to virtual care- it gives a 404 error. Of course, no one you can call and talk to on the weekends. Now I’m stuck with two kids with fevers and have to pay money to have them seen by a Dr. when virtual care through your app is supposed to be FREE! This is such a JOKE considering how much we pay for insurance.
Horrible app
This app sometimes loads. You can’t even get past the login. The app is 12 years old and seems to be in need of an overhaul.It does not work on my phone or my iPad. Time for them to update this app.
This update provides a minor UI fix for the login screen. Please update now to access the latest version of the MyBlueKC app. You can also turn on automatic downloads in your app settings, so your app automatically updates with each new release.
