I don’t think the app developers have ever used this app. Everything, and I mean everything is bugged. It won’t remember login info. Logging into my health you can’t scroll. Sending messages can’t be done without holding down two fingers on the screen. The list goes on for days. This app is horrible.

The IHC health hub app has got to be one of the worst apps I’ve seen and had! The whole loading process takes so much time, it never loads properly and you can’t open any of the tabs when using it. When looking for your lab info, you can’t scroll past what you can see on your screen. I can’t rely on this forum for any important information, because the app just doesn’t work. I have had this app for over 4 years and from day one it has not worked efficiently, effectively and properly or with ease! If I’m being completely honest, none of the IHC apps are good. I want to like this app, because having access to my health care and DR at my fingertips sounds like a good idea. This one is just an unsuccessful attempt at what we would expect from a health service, even for 2015 standards. If I could give a negative star rating I would! 4 years is long enough to wait for this app to be working without a hitch 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 F-

This app is frustrating! If you are trying to get labs off it when you have many to look up, it is a mess. They should look at how the U of U does their lab information, it’s so much easier to use and you can see ALL your labs, levels and info pertaining to them on the same screen. This app lacks the ease of use and lacks having information all in one spot. You have to click back for everything and it’s INCREDIBLY SLOW!

I can get to my dashboard, but I can’t scroll down to do anything. It just bounces back up. I need to message my doctor, but I can’t get to it.
