Haiku provides authorized clinical users of Epic’s Electronic Health Record with secure access to clinic schedules, hospital patient lists, health summaries, test results and notes. Haiku also supports dictation and In Basket access. Haiku works on both the iPhone and iPod touch. Your organization needs to license Haiku and will determine the exact feature set and any applicable charges for your use of Haiku. If you are unsure whether you can use Haiku, please contact your administrative staff.
Poor UI
Very limited function. Ordering is difficult, can't make a note, vitals only show you one set, labs don't populate automatically and you need to open a page for each bump so you can't see trends. Overall inferior to power chart
Limerick
Limerick is no longer available on my iWatch.
Face ID working now
This issue has been resolved Thanks!
Fails to log in on first attempt for last few months
Fails to log in on first attempt for last few months. For some reason will have to close the app entirely and then manually log in not using Face ID. This happened after an update a couple months ago
Unsatisfactory
This Epic is very consistent with Epic EHR in that they do nothing to lessen your workload and clearly do not solicit input from clinicians. Terrible job and should stand as an embarrassment to this EHR
Recent update - secure chat???
My hospital doesn’t use secure chat - really displeased with the recent update that makes secure chat a fixture of the bottom task bar. I just want my inbasket back without having to go to a separate menu!!!
Really bad, no support
This is by far the worst app I’ve had on iPhone. It works one out of each 5 times. All kinds of bugs and errors. Uninstall and reinstall did not help.
