Created account on desktop but doesn’t allow me to log in with same credentials on the phone app.

You have to login every time. No Face ID no option to remember your password. It’s all about security their way, not your convenience.

Please add FaceID to get logged in, typing out a complex password every time I just need to communicate with my provider when every single other medical app I have uses FaceID just says a lot. The web UI from desktop seems to be straight out of 2009 as well. Basic quality of life features please. Not to mention the app icon looks like a blown up jpeg.
