Please fix the prescription send, it gives you a message that it was logged in successfully but cannot send right now?
One note and crash
You can only effectively finish one note before restarting and re-log in to the app again. It is a shame because it has the potential to be more more efficient than a laptop but is incredibly frustrating to have to constantly log-back into ECW. Occasionally parts of the progress note panel will completely disappear and I have to delete the app completely to restore that panel to bill for the visit and put info for next appt etc. Pleaseeeee upgrade this APP to be more effective for doctors trying to finish notes in a timely fashion

Let’s me login but shuts down not even a minute in.
Horrible
Cannot use new app. Keeps saying “unable to use,another user is using. Cannot use for data consistency “ unbelievable when I need to get into patient’s charts. Again horrible!!
Improved
We upgraded our version to the newest 11e and had to get version 3.8. At first they were a few glitches but overall the eclinical touch experience has improved. Our clinic is 100% on eclinical touch, we are a full scope FQHC clinic with over 50 daily users and for us it has been working as expected. There are a few glitches on the iPad Pro but overall you can get through and write an efficient progress note-we have not experienced any crashes whatsoever. I completely understand the small lag in terms of functionality and compatibility with every new iOS that comes out. The core functionalities of eclinical touch for us have been working well. We absolutely love eclinical touch and look forward to future improvements and added functions. Thanks eclinical touch team!
Horrible
Crashes constantly. Tech support is useless, none of them speak English well enough to even understand the problem. Follow through doesn’t happen. Find a different EMR.
- The Interaction alert has been replaced with a toaster alert to improve workflows. - Hard stop implemented for mandatory AOE questions not entered prior to sending an order. - Document inking workflow enhanced.
