Best tracking app and meter
I’ve been through half a dozen meters, and lots of journal apps. This is by far my favorite. I love the background sync, the ease of tracking my dosing and more. Thank you!

I shouldn’t need to sign up for an account to use my meter with HealthKit. At the very least you should support Sign In With Apple for the sake of security and simplicity of use.
United StatesBluetooth pairing stopped working
The meter has been unable to connect to my iPhone since February 28th. It's hit or miss on my android backup phone. I will continue to use the meter until the strips are run out then I will switch to another brand. The meter is broadcasting but the app just won't pick it up.

Was able to connect with no issues but UI is very mediocre! Is this the best you can do? The meter I have is very nice but the app looks like it was created by a student for the high school project! How do you delete guests’ data? Why there is no option to make a test without saving the data? And why it doesn’t show more than 30 days on the graph? I think you need new developers on this!!!!

United StatesContour Cloud stopped working! Can’t sync iOS devices anymore
This is an update, apparently my post below was not understood. It is Contour Cloud that WAS WORKING for 1 month then stopped. This has nothing to do with HealthKit. Please reread. I have the Contour paired with an iPhone since Jan 29 and use it several times a day. I also have the app on 2 iPads and found the account syncing very useful since I can add meals on the iPads and all 3 devices would have the same data. Starting March 3 syncing stopped working between the 3 devices. When I open the app it shows syncing but the message goes away after a second or two. When it worked it normally took several seconds. I found the manual sync function but that also did not work. This needs to be fixed asap. Very disappointed it has this major problem after only using it for a month.
