The receptionists at Baptist Primary Care on Outer Loop seem to take their time when listing referrals on MyChart. As a kidney transplant recipient I would like to rely on Baptist hospital for my needs but I might move my care back to the University of Cincinnati due to the lower standard of care at Baptist hospital.
