Doesn’t work well consistently
When writing a narrative I have to press the narrative button tons of times just for it to open. All narratives should be able to be viewed like you can on the computer Notes that are returned should show up a different color like on the computer Also app lacks overall performance as it is often glitchy and doesn’t work properly consistently which results in charting errors, clock in and out errors and other various problems

I’m a nurse
App keeps crashing says, “something went wrong please try again later” -when I attempt to log in or out. I hope they fix this as this is app is what I use to clock in and out of my shifts and I have to be calling my supervisor all the time about this issue.
Horrible app
Glitches often. Intermittent problem trying to sign out. If you call for support be prepared to spend 30 minutes on hold. Other aides I work with have the same problems.
Slow loading
Good app, but takes WAY too long to load especially when I am trying to start my patients visits on time.
Can't get access anything in app
Can't access task list! It has been going on for two weeks now!
Apple is no help
Due to Apples slow push of new features available currently on the Android version of this app, and Apples lack of attention to pushing new features we need as healthcare providers during a EPIDEMIC, in giving 1 star. Axxess claims they released the COVID screenings when the pushed for Android so what’s the hold up Apple?!?!
