Please please fix the issues
The previous reviewer is spot on. I had to re-document the SAME patient 3 times before I figured out where the glitch was. I love the app and can move through it quickly, so I’m in the habit of clicking in the plan of care. Therefore, I do it without thinking sometimes and have lost a couple entries that way too. I know it automatically saves, but, especially considering this new bug and the fact that I’ve lost a great deal of trust in the app with this new problem, it would be great to have a save button that is only for saving while working in a patient’s visit. Currently, when I save, it takes me back to my whole daily schedule. I didn’t even know about the wounds not carrying over. That’s not a good thing at all. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS! You have a great documentation system but these are very frustrating issues that take a lot more time now. The only way I’ve found to use the app is to do everything except my interventions for the visit (poc) in the app, then go back to the web based version to finish that part. Furthermore, the web version frequently doesn’t work for me. It’s a big issue! Thank you.
Fix these things!
The new update yesterday made us lose the ability to chart on care plans and put orders in- the app forces closed and we lose everything we charted. Also when we chart on wounds from the app, it does NOT pull to the chart. Completed visit looks as if we never charted a wound. These are the bug fixes we need!
