It is easy to connect app with product. What's more, it could automatically manage pet feeding with these advantages via a few concise operations: multi-meals control, fast food come out, remotely supervise pet's status, instam with them and dual electric design. Battery powered ensures pet feeding even when power off.
Two cats no food
The app stopped working. It wouldn't allow any portion sizes to be changed. Kept getting the time out message. I finally thought I was resetting it by doing unbind. Mistake. I’ve spent hours trying to reconnect it. I’ve reached out to support and they weren’t available but did share their website support link. I’m still in hopes of a solution.

I registered but forgot password. After several DELETED of app, the problem isn’t solved. I never receive instructions by email about password reset, but app realizes I have an account. How can I delete that account and start fresh. I’m just getting frustrated. I tried several others Wopet apps and still no luck.

I have two Wopet camera feeders. This app hasn’t changed at all or improved functionality in the three years I’ve been using it. The feeders are great in theory but useless if you can’t consistently use the app. I’d sacrifice the camera feature and get the model with buttons if I could do it over. The app needs to improve in order for the products to be worth the money. It’s phenomenal how awful it is.

From any perspective, this app is terrible. This is simply the worst app I’ve ever used. I wish I knew how terrible the app was before purchasing one of their auto feeders. I could make a better product by myself. Requests made in the app (changing serving size, disabling meals) often doesn’t work, but it shows a success indicator anyways. Sometimes they take years to load and never result in anything. As a software engineer, I’m embarrassed for them at how atrocious their product is. I’m seriously going to make one myself and it will be 100x more reliable.

This went from bad to worse , after it changed my scheduled feeding times to 3 hours and 41 minutes AFTER I have it set for , I wasn’t able to change anything I deleted the profile and have attempted to readd but it fails to connect to my WiFi!?! This literally just happened out of no where , this had been working fine for a few years now ! Your bug fix update literally did the opposite of what it was supposed to do, do better!

This app is trash , before the only Issue id have is notifications would stop showing up until I’d go into the app they start to show again and eventually go away. The issue I’m having now is it is not allowing me to change the programmed feeding nor is it allowing me to add new ones it says the request times out and it started feeding at such random times compared to what I had set (10:41am instead of 7am!) it seems to be feeding 3 hours and 41 minutes AFTER I have the time set for !?!?! This is becoming way more of a headache then it should!
