Why am I getting harassing phone calls at 11:40pm calling to confirm I have a studio apt when I have done that on the app and on a previous phone call?

TULU is an AMAZING solution for small NYC apartments! there’s a lot of stuff i need to use every so often, but have 0 storage space for it. i love having accessing to anything i need without having a bunch of appliances sitting in my tiny apt unused 99% of the time.

Forgot to cancel trial and they refused to give me a refund
Forgot to cancel, and within minutes of getting charged the ANNUAL plan I asked for a refund nicely. They REFUSED consistently. I don’t think I have experienced this kind of customer service before. Usually other companies would just give it back without any hassles - there is no point of forcing someone who would not like to use and pay for the service. And I have not used the service since the trial ended. This shows bad management practice. Would not trust them ever.

Horrible Service
I could give it 0 stars I would. I had an issue with them and they wouldn’t provide any sort of refunds even if it’s their fault. There service is so overpriced and looking to get customers with any cost/fees possible. I have learned my lesson!
