Schedule
Why did they take out the ability to schedule in the app?? That was one of the best features!! Please bring it back!!
Great app
I am so happy with the app that allows me to adjust my home temperature from wherever I am. I live in a cold climate and being able to bring my home temperature up to a comfortable setting prior to my arrival home is a blessing for someone who travels out of state frequently. Huge savings on power bills! Sherry
No data sharibg
Our HVAC for wine cellar was of after power outage The TCC app did not inform me that temp in cellar went up to 75 F. The ecobee thermostats are so much better.
Versatil y segura
Muy buena y facil de usar
Basic but works
It’s not aesthetically pleasing, but it works!
Bare Minimum
This app allows you to change the set point for heating and cooling remotely. That’s it. Would be nice to see features like scheduled off time while you’re at work/sleeping and monitoring the system’s daily usage. Maybe they ran out of funding or something. It’s sad to see the very minimal amount of effort that went into this app over the last 10 years. You have all the data communication there to make this app a fantastic way to save money and reduce wear on the system, you’d save the average customer thousands of dollars over time. Also what the heck is the purpose of the rebate? It doesn’t even work.
Seriously this is 2024 not 2004
4/26/2024 The app is so difficult to even get logged in is a joke. Looks like very old coding logic which doesn’t sync well. Extremely disappointing since we literally ran to Home Depot to purchase the smart 9000 series thermostat while our AC guy was at our house doing maintenance. Total waste. If I had known this… I would have purchased differently.
