Doesn't work
Last update (I don't remember doing) now requires you to hit two "ok" buttons before using app. Unfortunately the 2nd "ok" is off screen below the home button so you can't hit it. There's no workaround. Six months and no fix...?

Following instructions turn on the AP by holding down the remote swing button once this is on go to the machine itself and look on top where the controls are there is a button looks like a power button on right side says hold for three seconds then the light will flash then follow instructions on your phone congratulate

They need to make it way easier to connect to the network and ac unit etc. It just don’t need to be so complicated. But it did work. Also I wish they had better English. They need to be easier to understand. You can easily tell that English is difficult for them. God bless them for doing ok though.

The app used to work flawlessly. Since the last update the app now has user questions that you have to select ok on before you can get into the app. Unfortunately one of the questions is so low in the iPhone screen you can not click on the ok button so you can not get into the app. What a shame should be an easy fix but they have not fixed it yet.

This is a horrible app. Set up is bad. Instructions bad. Layout is bad. Functionality is bad. It's like there was a contest held for worst app of all time and Toshiba won

Loved this app for the past couple of years but as of 4/20/24 it keeps putting a white box at bottom of app stating to hold to change, blah blah blah. Wont let me in. I see my location and device behind the box but I cannot get in!! What? I deleted app, reloaded it twice and still not working, bummer! It was such a great app. Are you still in business?
