This app has been so frustrating. We are going into the 3rd season of using our ac units and I know I’ve added my ac units to this app no less that 4 (maybe 5) times. Is this something that can be helped? Why do I keep having to add my ac units over and over?

Update 5/1/24: Changed to one star, because forced update. Everything was working perfectly, and now I am FORCED to update, which may go fine, or may break everything. What goes through managers' minds when they come up with stuff like this? I'm guessing little to nothing. Forced updates are evil and shine light on exactly what is wrong with management. Zero ability, which is why they were moved to management to begin with. -------------------------------- Update 3/30/24: I have changed nothing at my end, but everything seems much more stable now. I have not had the Alexa skill mysteriously unlink itself in 3 days - it used to unlink every few hours, so hopefully the bug got fixed. The company did send me an email, so I know they saw this. Thank you. Changed from 3 to 4 stars. If it holds together for a few more days, I'll come back and change to 5 stars. Old review below: ---------------------------------- On a Senville (AC_D290) with wifi dongle plugged in, when doing a scan for errors, puts up this error: "I'm sorry, due to unstable network connection, not all faults were detected this time, and the number of undetected faults is:13" This is a popup that must be dismissed by tapping on "Get it" This is a software error, there is nothing wrong with the network or the unit. Other apps, including the Senville branded app, do not show this error. New issue: Alexa integration. When I add the skill for Alexa control, everything works fine for a few hours. Then, mysteriously, the skill disappears, and mist be reenabled, and the unit added to Alexa again. I do not think this is an Alexa bug, because all other skills continue to work fine.
