Got the EVA about a year ago, it worked for one week. Then it could no longer recognize where the base was as well as the drain always says it’s blocked. We complained to the company they sent us a new one and it did the same. This thing is useless.

Have the new X20S vacuum and was able to connect to it. All features worked. Next day, it just stopped working. Can no longer connect to the vacuum, just get Bluetooth error. A fix would be appreciated.

I bought a ROIDMI Car Air Purifier and the instructions say to download this app to control it. It says to go to “my device” and select ROIDMI Car Air Purifier but IT’S NOT EVEN LISTED!!!
