Pet Partner is a helpful addition to your feeding system. It is perfect for small animals like puppies and kittens that require small feeds at regular times. It allows you to feed your pets remotely with precise amount of food. It could also feed your pets automatically by set feeding dule.
Needs work big time.
This app needs work. Landscape mode doesn’t work with the video and hasn’t for a long time. Please fix this. This is a critical feature.

Worked great for 3 years but recently changed internet providers and unable to connect to WiFi now. Followed steps provided on line but it keeps saying to follow steps in setup instructions to connect to WiFi. Not sure what the glitch is. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and rebooting WiFi. I’m unable to find a phone number or email address to get support.

I have been pleased with this feeder since I began using it one month ago. However, I woke up to my cat crying for food this morning. The app notifications did not show any feedings for this morning and her feeding schedule was gone! Why would her schedule disappear? I am not as confident in this feeder as I was prior to the schedule disappearing. I gave this 4 stars because I have been extremely pleased so far but if the feeding schedule disappears again my rating will go down significantly.

Loved the app and the functionality of the feeder, however for the past... idk how many months... I have not been able to access the camera unless I am connected to a home wifi. The entire purpose of me getting this was to be able to check up on my cat while out and about or on trips. I seriously want a refund if this issue is not fixed. The thing was too dang expensive for it to not be working. 🙄

The app is awful. I can’t find any support line for it. I need to change the password but there is literally nowhere to do it. I have a perfectly good feeder but can’t use it because I can’t reset the password. This app is flawed af.

Fix the bug that caused the dialog of showing "Please connect your phone to Pet feeder" to mistakenly pop up when setting the feeder connected to WiFi.
