The iQua™ water management tool makes it possible to monitor and manage your Wi-Fi connected water treatment systems and water usage via smartphone or tablet. A simple and secure online dashboard provides system information at a glance, such as: - Average daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly home water usage - Home water used today - Current home water flow rate - Number of days until the salt is empty - Home water turned on or off You can launch a regeneration and adjust your settings from anywhere! The iQua™ water management tool can be programmed to send alerts via text or email - Continual water flow in your home alert - Excessive water usage alert - Low salt alert - And more!
Disappointing
I assumed, since the app was integrated with the new Morton water softener I bought, that it would allow monitoring and control of that device. But it does not track when the last regeneration was, time to next regeneration, or even notify when a regeneration is underway. All it really does is track water flow. It does control the optional shutoff valve, but I’m not sure that’s even worth it.

A Gem Among Apps – iQua App Exceeds Expectations
After using the iQua app for a solid three months, I'm compelled to share my exceptional experience, which starkly contrasts with some of the issues others have mentioned. First off, I haven't encountered any of the problems highlighted in other reviews. The app's functionality and user interface have been flawless in my experience, making it an invaluable tool for managing my home's water quality.A point of contention for some users has been the app's notifications regarding water flow, which some have mistakenly taken as misreadings. In my case, I've found that whenever the app indicates no water flow, it's not an error but a helpful alert that the salt water tank is bypassing water directly to the house pipes rather than letting it flow through as intended. This feature alone has saved me countless headaches and ensures that my water softening system operates efficiently. While I acknowledge the calls for additional features, and I agree that they would enhance the app's usefulness, it's important to recognize the value that iQua currently offers. It performs exactly as designed, providing crucial insights and controls for water quality management. The app is user-friendly, reliable, and an essential tool for anyone looking to maintain optimal water conditions in their home.To the developers of iQua, I sincerely applaud your efforts. The app is a testament to thoughtful design and a clear understanding of what users need in water quality management technology. The potential for future enhancements is exciting, but as it stands, iQua is a stellar application that has greatly impressed me. Five stars without hesitation!
Wow spectacular useless.
The app stops working randomly the rheem disappears as tho I did not connect one to the app it will reappear within 12 hours very useless. Perhaps we can get a fix for this that isn’t outsourced to an to a cheap junk dealer? Jesus Apple doesn’t have any quality control anymore. APPLE pull this garbage off the store until it’s fixed.
Not reliable
I have had the new Rheem water softener and this app running for less than 24 hours and access to the cloud server is very spotty. The app itself provides unnecessary water use metrics and ignores important issues such as timely alerts as to leaks and resin regeneration issues. I don’t need constant reminders about my water use compared to an unidentified peer. I don’t live in a desert. So, there are no water restriction concerns in my wet, subtropical climate.
Can and should be improved
The app monitors and records water flow, however, you can only see usage at that moment on that day or week. Please modify to allow viewing the hourly usage for a customizable period. This will help identify when the last regeneration cycle occurred and system leakage (toilet running, etc.). Thank you.
Needs more work
If the app also had regeneration/cycle info then it might be worth bothering with. Rheem needs a better Wi-Fi solution. Look for other models.
