Not enough buttons
Limited to urgency and description button. When I had a mice infestation, I only had the option of putting down routine maintenance. I’m now putting in a request to fix my stove and under appliance, there’s no stove option.

My rent just spiked $30 and went to look into past payments to see what changed, there is no balance history or statement history. I’d like to see that added to this app. Otherwise no complaints.

Submitted work requests are super limited. Does not have all categories required. Super limited on the options. If it does not fit your category, you have to choose a category that doesn’t fit in order to submit it.

The selections for maintenance requests is very difficult to submit requests. The importance level, categories, and subcategories make it nearly impossible to submit an accurate request. I had to select a “tile flooring” issue in order to request maintenance on my door.
