Control your GROHE Blue Chilled and Sparkling 2.0 faucet via your smartphone. The GROHE Watersystems App will not only help you during the configuration of your watersystem appliance, but will let you know when the filter or CO2 bottle will need replacing. Within this app, you can also set up favourites for pouring water in a predefined amount and sparkling grade, and you can monitor your water consumption. Note: This App replaces the GROHE Ondus App. If you have used the GROHE Ondus App before, then your connected GROHE Blue watersystem will be transferred into this new Watersystems App automatically.
App is terrible
The value of this app and the price of the system are very misaligned. It took hours and numerous attempts to get my system registered - and it does not even show in the list! Still says + to add a device. I even have an firmware update available - from 1970! You should throw this app out and start over. Shame on you for publishing such rubbish.
really rubbish
the system has given us a ton of problems at the start but eventually got it to work - changed the main unit 3 times!! However, the whole digital part is really bad - app fails to connect to system, error messages are unclear and many times in German, app and main unit go out of synch… and many others. overall really disappointed
Worthless
Don’t bother downloading it. Functionality is extremely limited and unreliable. Only records usage driven by the app, not total usage so right now my app says no usage for the last month even though in fact many liters of water have been drawn. And the status is not reliable —my Blue Professional is currently showing an error message (E1) and is shut down, the app says it’s fine. I was hoping to use this to remotely monitor a Blue Professional in a vacation rental property (know when to tell the manager to replace the CO2 or filter for example) but I can’t trust it.

GROHE Blue is awesome. But The app really needs integration with HomeKit or other systems. Usage stats capture only activations within the app, not button presses. App sends cleaning reminders at the wrong time and often does not work at all.
Some functions work
Love the system- hate the app. Since the firmware update, the professional unit disconnects often. When I set presets for filling vessels, it saves as 7oz regardless of the amount I choose. The workaround is to manually fill from the app or at the faucet. As the previous review mentioned, let us see the consumption from unit activation and the app versus just the app. Also, I concur with this needing some type of connection to a smart system. Maybe I want a nice cold glass of water filled in a pitcher while I have company over. “Hey Siri, fill that thing up”
