Love my ember mug! I enjoy sipping my coffee over a nice long stretch of morning. This is a dream come true. I used to microwave my morning Joe two or three times before I finished that first slowly enjoyed cup! Now it stays right where I like it till I’m done!

The “coaster” hardware has a design flaw and the contacts break easily, but the support team is quick to remediate the problems and we the customers are satisfied. Great concept and good team behind the product. I recommend the bigger mugs and the tumbler. There are six ember mugs in my family, with additional coaster-chargers around. The charge for any one of the mugs lasts me more than enough time to finish my coffee or tea. My wife tends to take longer to drink her coffee so, she uses the coaster in more than one location. Great concept, good execution and exceptional team of people at ember. Thank you!
