It use to let me make payments on here now I have to call and that takes about 15 minutes verse less than 4

i wish the layout of the app was better. it can be kind of confusing navigating through the maintenance, documents, and overview. also would like to receive notifications on whenever payments are going to be processed!

The most recent update has made the app unusable— I can’t even delete my existing information. I know you are retiring this app, but the other app doesn’t yet have the full functionality of this one. Please fix it so I can use it until you add the ability to mange documents to the app that is replacing this one.
