I own four Blueair purifiers (three Protect 7410i units and one Protect 7470i). I’ve been using this app to monitor and manage them for a couple of years now. I’ve found that the app is very slow to respond to input. Scrolling and making selections are very laggy responding to the touch. Earlier versions of the app were much better. My internet connection is fine (gigabit cable) and my device isn’t to blame (M1 iPad Pro). I’ve also noticed that various data shown in the app is incorrect. I just received new replacement filters, via my sub, for the three 7410i purifiers but the app indicates that there’s 99% remaining filter life in those units. I’ve also noticed that the air quality history graphs are unreliable with missing data all over the place. I have to assume that Blueair is correctly monitoring the filter life of my units otherwise I would not have received the replacement filters. The 7470i purifier did need its filter replaced a couple of months ago and I received that one automatically and at the right time. Since all four units operate 24/7/365, I would expect approximately the same filter life for all four units.

My air filter will crank up and the actual lcd display on the filter will show a large amount of PM 2.5 particles but the graph on the app never shows any spikes in particle count. Metrics are completely broken.

I have a simple schedule for my 2 filters. At night I have it turn off the LED because it is so bright in the bedroom. About once a month this stops functioning and I have to delete the schedule and create a new one. WHY?

Wanted a great air purifier for my home to keep me and my family healthy. Happy with the product, the website, the app, the filters. Plain and simple, great product! User friendly and looks great in the bedroom. Will be buying more for around the house!
