Helpful but spliced
These exercises help, but it appears you have spliced them together. Standing up between each of these moves makes no sense, just like the bell in between each move.

I love everything about this app...except how limited it is. :( Update 2/19/15: would also enjoy connectivity to Apple's Health app so that my time with the app is automatically logged. Would be an excellent extra feature!

I downloaded the app this morning, unaware that my office would become a place where I could coax my lumbar region from a state of screeching, furious pain to a relaxed and flexible muscle group above my glutes! I feel like a troupe of masseuses and physical therapists crossed paths and then used their tiny, nimble hands and superior skeletomuscular book learning to send me straight into a lower-back nirvana. This app is the greatest, I'm recommending it to all of my partners today!
