Annoying
Did the first 8 minute meditation. No music. Just a woman speaking as fast as possible. Focus here. Focus there. How can you when she just keeps talking. Not impressed. I actually had to shut it off
Easy and Effective
I have some fancy apps but the simplicity of this one makes it easy, effective and I find calming. I like it and am using with results👍🏻😊

Very good breathing app
This app is a good guided breathing app with a lot of options. I really enjoy the different music options that goes along with the exercise. I wish there was an option to have unlimited time in a session however, I would have liked to leave the music playing at night to help me sleep and the 1 hour time limit isn't enough.
Very easy to use
I found the visual background and sound very relaxing. Kept my mind focused on my breathing and meditation!!! My goal is to meditate daily and this app makes it very enjoyable. Thank you!!
