Only Download The Lite Version

Wow, do I feel like a fool! I downloaded the lite version and later decided to "upgrade" to the regular, paid $4.99 version. WHAT A RIP OFF. The free lite version and the $4.99 version are EXACTLY the same. You get NOTHING more in the paid version of this app. So be warned! It is a useful app, but stick with the free lite version.

Save Your Money

I like this app a lot, so I decided to buy the pay version. As far as I can tell, they're identical, so save the $5 and stick with this version.

Breathing Easy!

This is an ambitious yet stunningly simple approach to bringing extra and much needed energy to my overly busy day. I am still learning how to use it but so far it seems very promising. I've been looking for some guided breathwork and this is a step in the right direction.
