Glitching
So excited about my willow go which is great so far but the app is trash. It won’t let me log in my pump and just freeze at 25 min mark. I can’t do anything the whole app freezes and I can’t log in my pumping session
Love that I can track my output!
I have the Willow Go and appreciate that I can now track my output with the updated app. Thank you Willow!
App is TRASH
This app is TRASH! It’s supposed to be an upgrade but it will not pair my brand new pumps. Garbage for an otherwise good product. Shame on you Willow for being cheap with your app development.
This app is horrible
First there was a glitch with pairing my pumps. Then they said they fixed the glitch after I spent so much time with customer care. Now the app doesn’t display pump time duration correctly or accurately. The app also doesn’t log any of my pump sessions correctly. So it doesn’t do anything it’s suppose to do, besides tell me how much battery I have on each pump. Sad.
Terrible app, love the Willow Go pump
The app will not connect pumps. But when you check they are connected. As soon as I start the app says it’s been pumping for 36 min when I just started pumping under 1 minute. Terrible app. I wish it would let you know what suction strength and for how long you pumped. Would be even better if it knew how much and would auto shut off if close to the top. I love that you can see in the front of the pumps that you are actually getting milk.
Worst downgrade in an app EVER
Their precious app worked great, but due to an issue I was having they recommended I switch to this one. It has been TERRIBLE. It never updates my time when I’m pumping, so I’ll go into the app to see how long I’ve been going and it won’t automatically connect to the pump. I’ll force close the app and go back in, and it still won’t update! It messes up the start time frequently, it’ll randomly add the previous time on so it’ll say I’ve been pumping for 23 minutes when I’ve only been pumping for 5. Issue after issue after issue, I am so frustrated with this stupid app that after a month of this I’m going to delete it and go back to the old one!! Why on earth would you have people switch to this new one in its current state?! Get it right first and then re release it!
I wish I never update
It has been a month seen I update the app, it just getting worth
We’ve addressed the issue with pump sessions reaching 25 minutes showing the duration timer incorrectly. We’ve addressed multiple reported issues with missing Session History entries. Thank you for your continued patience as we continue to fix and test reported issues!
