Doesn’t even open
Downloaded to get a local yoga studio schedule and all I get is the logo. No links or menu.
Wait List is broken
Please fix your wait list functionality! If the confirmation hour goes by and you miss it, you are stuck in limbo even if there is an open space. You can’t select it. You also can’t select an open spot if you aren’t on the wait list and the confirmation window for wait listed person is over.
No sign up option on the Home Screen
If you try to login using google or apple you keep getting an error message. If you try to sign up on the website you get glitched out on the “save” screen. Frustrated. waste of time. Worst app.

This is the worst booking app I’ve ever used. There does not appear to be any real support for end users. It is impossible to add a new studio when you are in the app. I read in another review that you have to sign out and relaunch the app from the studios website to add a studio, but, even that doesn’t work for me. This app fails at the very basic functionality of a booking app. Why studios use it (I’m assuming it’s “competitively priced” and the reason behind that is because it does not work at all) is beyond me as this leaves a very bad taste in your mouth and I have decided against even visiting studios that use this app. That’s how awful it is.
Don’t get it!
This app was used by a yoga studio to get me to sign up for a promotion that had fine print that you got promotional price for one month and three months of full price and it was very difficult to discontinue the service. I ended up spending hundreds of dollars on one yoga class.
Miserable system
My music school switched to this app a few months ago, and there were bugs and problems all the time. I got charged extra, scheduling issues showed up, and the school had even more problems on their end. They have now switched to a new system and are much happier. Don’t get it!
