Great app
I like the information and resources available in the app. The different trackers were helpful during and after pregnancy. The only downside is some technical issues. There have been a few times throughout my use where I could not log in because it said I didn’t have access. The first time, I contacted the app support and I think they resolved it, and the other times the issue resolved on its own within a few days. It didn’t happen often enough for me to stop using the app, but it was inconvenient when it did happen. Overall, I would still highly recommend the app for the content and resources.
Worst app
Hardly ever works, only lets me log in about 40% of the time. Has the least information out off all my pregnancy app’s.
Insurance app is a joke
Doesnt even let me log into the actual app. I mean i guess the concept is there but without functionality its absolutely useless. Insurance companies are terrible, you figure maternal/fetal medicine would be a priority.
No access
I was offered the Maternity support program and the rep said I would be able to download this app. It says I do not have access to it...
No info on breast pump
App to do list is missing key item to order a breast pump and provides no info on where to go to order one or what is covered. Seems like an essential item that is missing.
Very disappointing content and many technical issues
I initially downloaded the app early in pregnancy. I had so many technical issues including at times being told I was not even eligible for the program (despite the fact that I know 100% I am). Technical assistance was no help. Then it began to work again. The content is very disappointing. Pales in comparison to the amount of content on other sites. Fast forward to month 8 and I tried to login and again was told I don’t have access to the program despite the fact I’ve been enrolled for 5 months.
