Great concept
Just not flexible enough for retired people who do not have a regular schedule.
No free version
Can't do anything without paying for a subscription. Downloaded it, but everything was locked.
This would be a five star but…
I love this app. Like others, I tend to get engrossed in my work or studying and forget to move for hours. This really helps and I like a lot of the exercises. The only reason this isn’t a five star review is because I have customized my list of exercises as directed but exercises not on the list keep getting put in the queue. What’s the point of having that feature if it doesn’t work? Wasted time.
Helps me to get up and be healthy
I really need this app because I sit too much during the day and is not healthy. With this app, it reminds me to get up and move around which is great for me. I like to just do the walking, so I disabled everything except for walking so now every hour, it just reminds me to walk in if you set it for a certain amount of steps which is great for example if you set it for 1000 steps you can walk 500 and then you just walk back and then by the time you’re back you’ll have finished the thousand steps. It’s very accurate.

Warning! Can’t cancel plan!
The only way to not renew is within the app. Finding this area is hard to locate and pressing the cancel plan button is impossible because it shows a spinny circle that never goes away as though it’s loading.
Frustrating app
Got it set up, told me to walk now (wouldn’t stop) and then said the next reminder was in a day… unless I paid them money… for a glorified stopwatch
