Use your Apple Watch to AUTOMATICALLY track your sleep! Sleep++ takes advantage of the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch to measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The better you understand how well you are sleeping the more you are able to make changes in your routines to benefit your rest. My goal is to provide every Apple Watch owner with a free automatic sleep tracker that is simple and clear to understand. For each night you get a straightforward report of how long you slept and how restful you were during the night. AUTOMATIC MODE: Simply wear your Apple Watch overnight and each morning Sleep++ will analyze your sleep and give you a report about how long and restfully you slept. MANUAL MODE: If you want to have more precise control over the start/end time of each night recorded you can also use manual sleep tracking. This is also useful if your nightly routine makes it difficult for Sleep++ to determine when you went to bed. 1) Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep. 2) Tell Sleep++ when you start sleeping. 3) Tell Sleep++ when you wake up. NOTES: Sleep++ integrates with the Health App providing you a safe and private way to share your activity data with Sleep++. This data is used for automatic sleep tracking. You can also optionally have Sleep++ save your Sleep Analysis into your Health database after each night.

Used to be good Now it shows the same day 3 times sometimes and day hours that I am wide awake as spud asleep?
Still a quirk
Love the app BUT. Most days it does show “sleep stage”. But are a day or two during the week where it says “user” or “automatic”. The previous night won’t show and I have to add the sleep info. Which gives me “user”. I don’t change any settings, it just happens. I’ve uninstall an reinstalled.
Why
It stopped working. It keeps saying I’m not wearing my watch but I wear it every night. Yes, it is charged.
Includes Awake Time???
“Sleep Track” graph and Trend data includes your awake time as part of the sleep result. It doesn’t make sense to include awake time. The graphs and data should include only the Core, Deep and Rem sleep modes. At my age (78) why would my being awake at 3am for and hour be included as part of “sleep”? Ditto for the 2 or 3 or more pit stops.
Trim doesn’t work
It’s been 4-5 years since I started using Sleep++. I manually record my sleeping time but sometimes I forget to stop it. In older versions, I was able to edit the recorded data and correct my waking up times but about a year ago this capability stopped working:(
Well Designed Sleep App
I have sleep issues so I wanted to use my Apple Watch to track sleep and I also wanted something to help me “digest” all the data captured in health. This app is very easy to navigate, with well designed colorful graphs and insights that make reviewing your sleep easy at a glance. Superb !
Stopped doing detailed sleep on watch OS 10.3.1
No more detailed sleep after update on watch to 10.3.1. I was getting detailed sleep stages, but I am back to the basic asleep awake and restless. Allows native app gives sleep stages without problems Forever I like your more integrated layout better. Please fix.
Fix for a bug where the daily sleep stats would be shown as Pink bars after a reload.
