Great when it worked
When I first purchased the app, it reported every hour and I had great data to share with my health care providers. A few months ago, it stopped consistently reporting and now I only have data for 40-50% of my day. Disappointing since the app isn’t cheap.
Paid Access Only
When I first saw this, I was really excited. I’ve been wanting to find a stress monitor app for my apple watch. As soon as I opened the app, everything was fine. I set up my account based on my details, allowed necessary information and just like that I was done. Quick and easy. Right as it was finishing loading and compiling my data, I get hit with the “Let’s Start Your Journey Now” with no way to close it. Horrible, I mean for free you should at least get some kind of app. Sure it doesn’t have to be good but I expected better.
Great stress management tool!
I really like this app, it helps me notice when I’m few stressed and then I can pay attention to my body. When the app tells me to pay attention that makes me feel better about taking time out to do breathing exercises to calm myself. I have major anxiety and panic attacks I use medication however with this app I now know that certain feelings are actually my anxiety and not just me making things up in my head. Makes me feel validated.
Spammy
This app sends a ridiculous amount of spammy notifications. And on top of that there are no features which aren’t behind their paywall. That paywall is annual only (they’re betting on people who forget to cancel) and there’s nothing indicating that everything is strictly paywalled until after you’ve given the app permission to read all your health data. Very strongly recommend avoiding this app.

Stress
I do like the app, yet there are times it doesn’t show when I know I’ve been under stress. It has actually not recorded for a day and I have to restart my phone to make the app work. Hmm… can’t tap the stars. I give this app 3 stars.
What!
I get really surprised when I look at my levels for the day! Why did it look like the warnings and terrible readings come when I did not feel stressed at all. Ok when I feel warm and snug in bed the heat is causing some alarming reactions! Now if I wake up comfy I take off the quilt! But wait sometimes when I’m all snug I get nice average or better readings. I get mostly the same your doing good yada, yada messages. I wish there was a way to ask a question. Is this just being repeated word for word by a machine going hit # 2 she is ok. What about when everything looks good but I feel very stressed out.
