Not recording time accurately

The app is not recording actual data. I go to bed around midnight and wake up anytime before 10am. It’s recording time and in bed completely wrong and is affecting the apps I gave using the data! It used to sometimes start tracking after I had woken in the middle of the night and count only that time. Now is worse! I was working on my computer for three hours this afternoon and recorded as time asleep. I need to try another tracker is this is something that your AI system can’t figure out.

Issues with sleep numbers

Lately there’s been issues with getting the results of my sleep numbers . It says fix issue. I’ve tried it all and doesn’t work or correct problem. I’ve really liked this app, but it’s getting to be annoying now.. please fix this reacurring issue

App was beneficial

In December 2023, tried to get a refund days after purchasing 1 yr subscription. Wasn’t honored and at this time I have no use for continuing use of the app.

Needs the ability to delete nap session

Love this app. My only criticism is not being able to eliminate nap sessions I had a nap session logged yesterday and since I was driving during that time, I know I wasn’t asleep.

Inaccurate data collection - Use with caution

I have used this app for over a year and enjoy the ease of use, but is it greatly flawed. My number one gripe for this app is that it records data after I’ve turned off the alarm. It then continues to “monitor” my sleep for another 2 hours or longer. Since January I have tried to troubleshoot this problem by taking off my watch when I wake up and putting it in my bag while I drive into the office and it still registers that I’m sleeping when I am not wearing the watch. Looking at the data it shows sleep stages, but no heart rate or respirations. When I go into the edit screen I cannot edit the data to accurately reflect my wake up time.
