This app has everything you need! It’s affordable & easy to navigate unlike most workout apps & I love that you can post for everyone to see to help support others & make friends! Stephanie is also very helpful when it comes to any questions you may have! 10/10 recommend!!

I’ve workout with Stephanie for about a year and have seen tremendous improvement! Stephanie switches up different workout every time so that you are never bored or get used to the same routine. I’ve done a lot of the workout in the app and I highly recommend it.

Fun, engaging, and a life changer!
So far I love it! Stephanie curated a bunch of different workouts to fit specific needs, I used to dread going to the gym, but now I look forward to it! The workouts are easy to follow using the app, I love the timer installed and how there are instructions for each workout! Overall, VERY pleased I found Stephanie and her app!
