Free still good, minor gripe
The app is simple and straightforward. The plan says to do each days exercise four times but the challenge marks as complete after the first set. See no way to repeat the set. The steps are pretty easy to remember though. Could use some additional features like date time and how long to complete each step/set.
Simple and Effective
The app provides a set of exercises with pictures and a schedule to tone the abs. Plus a few other fitness/health programs have been added. I think some of the reviews are overly critical and negative for a Free app that delivers exactly what is advertised. The instructions state to do the exercises 4x per day, **I just do them once a day**. After the exercises are completed you mark the day complete. It would be nice if the app recorded the date, but the expectation is that you are doing the exercises in 30 consecutive days (including rest days). It would also be nice if you could easily share the day and set of exercises you did via text message. But, there is a simple work around — take a screenshot.
