From the maker of HockeyTracker and SoccerTrackr, SexTrackr for Apple Watch lets you start a workout before sex that will track the duration of your sex sesh, as well as your heart rate, calories, vo2 Max, and heart rate recovery.  Find out how much effort you are putting into your sex life!  Have your partner download SexTrackr so you can compare efforts!  An additional notes section lets you keep detailed notes about each session.

Now Featuring Effort Level! 

Effort Level is calculated based on the amount of time spent in five various heart rate zones.  These zones are: 

HEART RATE ZONE 1: 50–60% OF HRMAX
HEART RATE ZONE 2: 60–70% OF HRMAX 
HEART RATE ZONE 3: 70–80% OF HRMAX 
HEART RATE ZONE 4: 80–90% OF HRMAX 
HEART RATE ZONE 5: 90–100% OF HRMAX  

These zones are customized to you based on your max heart rate from recent sex workouts.  In other words the more time you spend in the higher heart rate zones the higher your Effort Level will be and vice versa.

• SexTrackr requires an Apple Watch to collect the data it displays
• SexTrackr integrates with the Health App on your iPhone to retrieve the data it displays. It will request permission to access the relevant data types associated with a workout.
