In Settings you can even set up a notification to be alerted to any of your metrics outside your normal range. TAGGING: Chose from a long list of available Tags to make a note of a certain activity and see how it affects your Recovery and Sleep. WORKOUT LOGGING AND TRACKING: Track every workout and see a HR Zone colored chart, your current HR zone, in-workout Effort Score and Intensity Levels, in-workout Aerobic and Anaerobic analysis and SO MUCH MORE! Go-To Fitness App
This app has become my preferred fitness monitor in just 2 weeks. The full explanations of the data make it easy to understand. The tie-in to the sleep metric makes this app an instant fit on how hard I can train on a given day. The price is reasonable too at about 1/4 of what Strava charges.
Never Looking Back
I used another fitness tracking device that was over $30 monthly. Never felt comfortable wearing it and my Apple Watch at the same time. With Athlytic I don’t have to worry about not having my watch I paid money for off my wrist. The cost is competitive and I get the same stats and more? Sign me up. I’m happy to see this application take off with new features and updates.

Excellent App
I have been using this app for 2-3 months now. I wanted something like Whoop but couldn’t justify the price when I already had an Apple Watch. Tried this app and love it! Tracks everything I need and more. Sleep has become more of a priority now and I’m learning so much about my exertion and recovery.

BIG UPDATE! All New Sleep Coaching! The coaching under sleep has been completely redesigned and is much more comprehensive and will analyze not only sleep duration and performance relative to Target Sleep but also sleep quality. Look for some big new Sleep features coming soon as well! An all new Restorative Sleep Chart to visualize your Restorative Sleep over time. You will see a checkmark above any day of the week in with your Restorative Sleep time was equal or greater to 33% of your total sleep time. You can tap the chart to change Restorative Sleep time to percentage of total sleep. A new System Mode in Design Settings where in addition to dark (default) and light modes you can now select System which will match whatever your iPhone is currently set to, including automatic dark/light mode on iPhone. A new education series, right now you can view these articles at the bottom of Recovery and Exertion but I will be rolling out more soon.
