App Review
Great app, I love it and use it for every game.
Great for skating out, not sure about goalie…
I really enjoy seeing the tracking of this app! For skating out it really gives you detailed information down to your shifts, which is awesome. I like seeing the trends and heart rate info through the periods. For goalie, I’m not sure how accurate it is. It keeps saying my fitness level is horrible, probably because I don’t skate much, but drop/slide/get up which gets my heart rate up without speed associated. Wish there was a better setup for this!
Can’t link to Apple Fitness app
I don’t recommend this app. This is an ok app (I don’t think the speed is accurate, no way I can hit 20 mph) but my issue is that it doesn’t always send the correct info to the Apple Fitness app. I’ve lost multiple move streaks and it’s frustrating. I sent e-mails to the developer and when the problem was figured out, their response was, “I’ve been pulled away on another project.” Apparently there was too much work to do to fix the problem. Not impressed and I don’t recommend this app.
Not worth it (to me)
Couldn’t really use because they wanted $25 per year. I might consider for a one-time fee for $5. But people have been getting by just fine without whatever benefit the paid subscription gives you. Given the fact that I can track my heart rate and calorie expenditure via the hockey option on my Apple Watch… for free, I promptly deleted the app once I found out you really don’t get any data as they put it all behind a pay wall. If you aren’t being paid to play hockey… I wouldn’t even bother.
Older apple watch
Can we get a version of this app that works with the earlier versions of Apple Watch please?
What you have been waiting for
with the new Apple Watch and the updated metrics this is edge NHL statistics on your wrist. Super cool.
Good
So I had a practice and worked my butt of and only got 13.5 miles an hour but maybe it’s because I just used it once. Over all I like it and I think I can help me in the future. Plz add more to the free version of this app I love it but plz add more for free. Anyways I hope you download the app totally recommend
