It felt good I worked out with the TB12 app exercise with just body weight no equipment I been reading some of Toms speeches and I’m doing it from what it means to me TB12 and Tom Brady if you read this text my personal phone at 18086479867 I don’t have money to buy the roller for $160 or bands but I know deep down I need to start exercising control myself and continue till I die
Updated App with no post workout pliability
I joined the TB12 program at the end of the 2022. Since then my overall health and fitness has improved through adapting TB12 method to my life style. The hydration counter, meal plan, and workout through the TB12 App have been extremely beneficial to achieving a sustainable routine. Following a recent update, I am unable to continue in the workout plan due to post workout pliability section incompleteness. Please correct the programming error!!

Almost perfect
I love this method. I think the app is very solid and I’d give it 5 stars if it included a little more that would make it perfect. Just some suggestions I hope they consider. 1. Maybe a heads up how to have bands set up before workouts, especially if using a doorway anchor. There are times I have to pause the workout because I don’t get enough time to adjust everything in between exercises which can be a little annoying. 2. I like that it has customized workouts for sports, but I wish it also included a therapeutic section or even a career customized workout too. Obviously a disclaimer that you should see a doctor, but I wish it had a section for preventatives of something that comes up with people often. Like a section for preventing/treating chronic back pain, knee pain, tendinitis etc. it would be good for people that have been treated by a therapist, but also want to prevent the issue from coming back. Just my 2 cents. I love this method though and the app is worth it.
