Annoying, Mis-timed Alerts
I like the app in general, but alerts come at odd times and for odd reasons. I appreciate the reminders if I’ve forgotten, but they need to come at the END of the day, not the beginning; and there needs to be better attention paid to whether or not I’ve already provided feedback earlier that same day. Here it is, not even 8:30AM, and the app is already asking about my having met goals for the day. When alerts repeatedly come at the wrong time, they become a meaningless annoyance. In addition, the feedback submission process is buggy. I tried sending these comments in the app itself but repeatedly received "Oops! Try again."
Better on Apple
This app is better on apple products than Samsung.
Horrible customer support
I have tried all the forms of customer support and have never been able to actually get any problems solved. They just ghost in the middle of a support ticket. Very frustrating app.
Basic functionality problems
Pages don’t load. Sign in problems. They removed my wife from the account for no reason and now I am not getting rewards I have earned. If I actually chose this company (which I didn’t, my employer did) I would delete my account.
The gym activities
I am disappointed that they took away the 12 days before physical activity reward. I did my exercise and it helped me to focus. Now I do not even want to do anything.
Buggy, inconvenient
Sign on experience for the app might be the worst I’ve ever experienced. Not at all intuitive. Won’t pull in stored password from iPhone or password protector. No integration with Face ID. I’m disinterested before I even get started. Sadly, the only reason I’m posting here is because both the Feedback section in the app doesn’t work (I have screenshots) and the support form via the Help section on the website is non-functional (submit button never activates). I hope this gets someone’s attention. Also, rewards expire? What’s up with that? App has some good features but you really need to fix the login.
