Unclear
App says “3X a week, at least one day break”. Is that 3x then take a day off? Or you will alternate days off so you are on the program doing push-ups three days during the week. Huge difference. Due to recovery I’ve chosen to do my pushups two days in a row and recover on the third. Just not clear what the intention is.

I like the plan and logging but the app crashes a lot.
Excellent Program
In just two weeks I have effortlessly gone from being able to do 20 push-ups to 70 at a time. Love it!
What App?
I must be missing something here. All I see is a glorified workout journal. No pacing, repetitions, or anything resembling a way to measure how many push-ups are done, other than a number entered. What do we need this for? Worthless.
