Make from 1-100 push-ups. Increase the number of push-ups in your own pace.

Apple Music resumes if interrupted.

The app does a great job of timing and giving you the goal, but it would be nice if it didn’t pause music every time a round ended

Good concept bad execution

There’s no customization with the timers. Also, after enabling the app to let me use my own music/audio apps every time it swaps between active and rest it automatically mutes my audio.

Good but stops music

App does a great job of building up to a 4 min plank but it stops your music in between sets Edit: If you are using Apple Music, the music will pause between sets and not resume.
