PodderCentral® is available for all Podders™, as a simplified way to manage their Omnipod® account. Podders can do even more from their mobile device – register PDMs, order Pods, check order status, turn notifications on and off, change personal information, even pay bills. Bill pay function is available for Podders with valid credit card information on file. Podders have convenient login options with the use of biometrics TouchID or FaceID. Missing Reorder
Where is the button to reorder pods? I can’t see when my next order will ship, and I can’t order new pods.
Reorder
Would love to be able to reorder from my app but can’t just says contact insulet. I’ve had nothing but problems with it.
Customer support non existent
Tried calling there customer support team for days now and no response they put you on hold for hours then say we will call you when next operator is available but don’t
Simple app that could use more features
The app is easy to use but a little bit frustrating. Luckily I have logins for different things written down because there us no “remember me” feature for this app, so you will be entering your username and password every single time you want to log in. And if you don’t have the newer phones, you don’t get the chance to set up any sort of facial or fingerprint ID. But phones with the facial unlock capability do get to log in that way. Also to have to call to update payment information but not insurance information is odd to me. The point of having the app is so we don’t have to call, but for certain things they make you call customer support. No biggie, but would just make the UX better imo. Whatever we would usually need to contact them by phone about, they should make a feature for in the app.
Won’t open correctly
Apps acts like it HOH g to open but looks like there is a white screen i front with nothing on it. So frustrating, app was supposed to make things easier… smh
“Check other emails”
The website says I need to be invited or request invitation I keep trying to register for the first time and it won’t let me it keeps telling me to please check other emails. As if I already have an account. I’m registering for the first time and there’s nothing about requesting a profile. So frustrating! now I need to take time out of my day to call them for something that should be simple. Why do we need to be invited? That’s so strange everyone who has an Omnipod should be able to use the app.
Generally not useful.
Features such as order history and order tracking do not work, and still require me to call Insulet. The only thing that works is bill pay…
